Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By applying to or participating in the Peptide Power Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least the age of majority in your province/state or country

• Operate legally within your jurisdiction

• Provide accurate payment and contact information

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, advertising standards, and platform policies

Peptide Power reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.

2. Independent Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Peptide Power.

Affiliates may not:

• Represent themselves as official company staff

• Make binding promises on behalf of Peptide Power

• Offer unauthorized discounts, guarantees, or medical advice.

3. Permitted Promotion

Affiliates may promote Peptide Power using:

• Social media content

• Websites or blogs

• Email marketing

• Educational/research-focused content

• Referral links and discount codes provided by Peptide Power

All promotional content must remain truthful, professional, and compliant with applicable laws and platform rules.

4. Prohibited Claims & Conduct

Affiliates may NOT:

• Market products for human consumption

• Make medical, pharmaceutical, or therapeutic claims

• Claim products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease

• Advertise products as approved drugs or medications

• Provide dosing instructions or usage protocols

• Use misleading, deceptive, or exaggerated advertising

• Spam individuals or communities

• Use paid ads targeting trademarked brand terms without written permission

• Misrepresent affiliation with Peptide Power

Any violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Research Use Disclaimer

Affiliates acknowledge and agree that products sold by Peptide Power are marketed strictly for laboratory and research purposes only.

Affiliates agree not to imply or state otherwise in any content, messaging, or communication.

6. Affiliate Links & Tracking

Affiliates will receive a unique referral link and/or discount code.

Commissions are only earned on qualifying purchases properly tracked through the affiliate system.

Peptide Power is not responsible for:

• Tracking failures caused by browser settings, ad blockers, or cookie restrictions.

• Incorrect links used by affiliates.

• Lost commissions due to technical issues outside reasonable control.

7. Commission Structure

Commission rates may be updated periodically at Peptide Power’s discretion.

Commissions:

• Apply only to completed, paid, non-refunded orders

• Are subject to fraud review and verification

• May be withheld for suspicious or abusive activity

Self-referrals or fraudulent orders are prohibited.

8. Payment Terms

Affiliate payouts are generally processed on a recurring schedule determined by Peptide Power.

Minimum payout thresholds may apply.

Affiliates are responsible for:

• Providing accurate payment details

• Any taxes, reporting obligations, or local compliance requirements

9. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use approved Peptide Power branding, logos, and marketing materials solely for participation in the Affiliate Program.

Affiliates may not:

• Modify logos in misleading ways

• Register domains or social handles resembling the brand

• Present themselves as the official company

All intellectual property remains the property of Peptide Power.

10. Termination

Peptide Power may suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms

• Misleading advertising

• Regulatory concerns

• Fraudulent activity

• Brand misuse

• Conduct deemed harmful to the company

Upon termination, affiliate links and codes may be deactivated immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

Peptide Power shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of profits or revenue

• Tracking interruptions

• Platform bans or third-party restrictions

• Delays caused by payment processors or shipping carriers

Participation in the program is at the affiliate’s own risk.

12. Modifications

Peptide Power reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
