Once payment is received, orders are processed within 1-2 days. Once shipped, orders are delivered within approximately 3-4 business days to most major Canadian cities. Delivery to rural or remote areas may require additional transit time.

Yes, all peptides are supplied in lyophilized powder form and require reconstitution with sterile bacteriostatic water.

Product quality is verified through a combination of manufacturer documentation and independent laboratory testing. Several products are supplied with manufacturer Certificates of Analysis (COAs) that include purity, sterility, and endotoxin testing. Select products have also been independently verified by third-party laboratories, with those COAs published on the applicable product pages. We remain committed to expanding our third-party testing program to provide greater transparency for our customers.
